Hey! I'm Maddison! I just wanted to introduce myself and my ethos behind creating the MIGHTY 8 Week Challenge. Over the last 9 years, I’ve been on my own crazy fitness journey. I’ve done everything in the book - crash diets, heavy restriction, over training, you name it. I went through so much and internally, it caused me to have a terrible relationship with food and my own body.
Over the years, I’ve learnt more about myself, about the women’s body and how important it is to look after it. I’ve worked closely with hundreds of women that have started in a similar position to how I did. I want to make it my mission to educate and change the way women see themselves by helping them build confidence, but most importantly, adopt healthy tools and habits to start healing their relationship with food and their bodies - just like I did for myself.
